Wootton Property Flood Resilience Event
12 July, 2023 - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
The RAIN Project is bringing the Floodmobile to Wootton Community Centre. If you live near by, come and meet the team, Flood Mary and the Environment Agency for expert advice surrounding flood risk, listen to concerns and offer guidance regarding flood planning, resilience and recovery.
Flood Resilience Champion Mary Long-Dhonau will be showing visitors around the floodmobile which is a fantastic ‘flood resilient house on wheels’
It is a great chance to see just how a property can be adapted to lessen the impact of flooding. Plus find out what the project are currently working on in the local area.
