Residents looking at a flood map at Hackleton Council meeting

Meeting residents at Hackleton

We would like to extend our thanks to Hackleton Parish Council for inviting us to join its annual meeting.

The meeting was very well attended, and gave us the opportunity to listen to many residents who shared their real life experiences and concerns about flooding. We also spoke to councillors and landowners about flood risk, property flood resilience and natural flood management.

Thanks to our partners at HR Wallingford for providing the largescale flood risk maps; it makes a big difference for people to be able to view the local maps and visualise the modelled risk profile of the area.

If anyone from Hackleton has any questions about the work we are doing in the area, do please message us directly.
